考点一、be going to 结构

(1) be going to 动词原形，是一般将来时的结构之一，表示"计划、打算做某事"或"根据现在某种迹象或征兆预测将要发生的事情"。通常有表示将来时间的时间状语。属于非正式口语文体。

He's going to play football this afternoon.

今天下午他计划去踢足球。

Look at the black clouds. It's going to rain。

瞧那乌云，快要下雨了。

(2) "be going to 动词原形" 与 "will / shall 动词原形"的比较

①be going to 结构表示"经过事先考虑，而计划、准备做某事",而 will / shall 动词原形 则多用于"临时起意决定做某事"。

如：She is going to lend me her book. 她打算借给我她的书。

He will be here in half an hour. 他将半小时后到这。

②be going to 表示根据主观判断将来肯定发生的事情,will / shall 动词原形表示客观上将来势必发生的事情.

He is seriously ill. He is going to die. 他病得很重，就要死了。

He will be twenty years old. 他即将满20岁了。

③在含有条件状语从句的主句中，只能用will / shall 动词原形。

If it doesn't rain tomorrow, I will go fishing. 如果明天不下雨，我会去钓鱼。

④某些表示位移的短暂性动词不用be going to 结构，可用will / shall 动词原形或 be doing 结构 （进行时表将来）

He is leaving for Beijing. (√) He is going to leave for Beijing. (×)

考点二、another 与 other / others / the other / the others 用法辨析

(1) another 可用作代词或形容词，泛指三者或三者以上不定数目中的再一个、又一个，往往修饰单数名词。

This pair of shoes is too small. Please show me another pair.

这双鞋子太小了，请再给我拿一双。

但 another 基数词 复数名词= 基数词 more 复数名词

I need another two days to finish the work.

= I need two more days to finish the work.

我还需要两天时间完成这项工作。

2.other 用作形容词，泛指另一个，另外的，其他的， 修饰单数或复数名词，可以和any / some 等词连用。

He always thinks of other people and never thinks of himself. 他总是想着别人，从不考虑自己。

(3) the other可作代词也可作形容词,表示特指"两者中的另一个",常用于one…the other...的句型中, 也可用来修饰复数名词，表示"两部分人或物中，另外的一些人或物"。

She has two sons. One is a doctor, the other is a businessman.

I have three pens. One is red, the other two are blue.

(4) others 代词，泛指其他的人或物，别的人或物，是 other的复数形式，相当于other加可数名词复数。 常用于some…, others… 一些……,另一些……

In the park some people are taking photos, others are resting.

(5) the others是the other 的复数形式,特指某一范围内"去除一部分后其余的全部人或物",只作代词用,相当于the other 加可数名词复数。

There are five foreign students. Two students are from Japan and the others are from England.
